Icopower ESCO develops, implements and finances its own energy efficiency projects for corporate, institutional and private clients across East Africa and the Indian Ocean.
Who we are
Icopower ESCO is an Energy Service Company (ESCO) established in 2013, with offices in Nairobi, Kenya and Mahé, Seychelles. We help facility owners and operators cut energy consumption and operating costs, upgrade their infrastructure, stabilise energy costs, improve reliability and reduce their carbon footprint.
Our team combines technical, financial and legal expertise, with backgrounds in energy efficiency, electrical engineering and investment banking. That mix lets us sell, structure, finance and implement energy savings projects end to end, typically over contract terms of three to five years.
Three specialist business lines sit on one engineering foundation: energy efficiency, heat pumps through Daisy Heat Pumps, and solar PV through Twende Solar. All are supported by our electrical engineering team, licensed for work up to 66 kV.
