Replacing fluorescent, halogen and metal-halide fittings with efficient LED lighting and controls is often one of the fastest-payback measures in a building, and it reduces cooling load too.

The cheapest light is one that is switched off. Occupancy sensors in stores, corridors and washrooms, daylight dimming near windows and roof lights, and timers for outdoor lighting cut running hours on top of the efficiency gain.

Manufacturer-neutral design

We are not tied to a lighting brand. We survey existing fittings and light levels, design to the light level each area needs, and select reliable, high-efficiency, cost-effective products for indoor and outdoor areas. Installation is carried out by our own engineers with partners.

Before we recommend anything, a feasibility study measures your site and estimates the saving. After installation, savings are measured and verified to IPMVP and reported monthly.

Can we keep our existing light fittings?

Sometimes LED lamps or modules can go into existing housings, but complete LED fittings are often better value over their life. The survey shows which option pays back best.

How do you make sure the light levels are right?

We measure existing light levels and design each area to the level it needs, then check the result after installation.

Can lighting be part of a performance contract?
